All Believers Christian Assembly Conference was established under the CEO of Showers of Blessing Ministries, Bishop Ruby Pedescleaux.  International, national, and local delegates attend the conference with the purpose of participating in workshops developed to enhance ministry, business, and personal lives. In addition, individuals are afforded the opportunity to network and partner with Dr. Ruby Pedescleaux (Founder/CEO), executive board members, and delegates in a spiritually productive atmosphere.
